'See you again in the flower field' (Acrylic on canvas) 2026

This part of my 'Hide & Seek' painting series where I hide something very small in the painting for others to find.

Can you spot something in flower field?

This 'Hide & Seek' series also inspires me to branch off to make another adjacent series 'All pets go to heaven', where I place pets in the whimsy and dreamy scenery.

Some of them are pets I had to say goodbye to throughout my life and I truely wish that they are much happier somewhere running in the flower fields, something many of them can't do at the end of their life...waiting for us to see each other again.

A mischevous beloved mutt my brother adopted from a facebook group. She's the alpha of her adopted clan. Very energetic and curious little lady. I sketched her as a birthday gift and frame it for my brother to decorate his newly renuvated house.

Results of trying epoxy resin in molds. Well...mixed results. I love some of them (especially the one in the last photo), but several just looks like mistakes. Guess we live and learn. I redo some of the harder one as well, like the green strawberry top one and it took a while for me to squeeze air bubble out from each leaves.

I'll definitely makes more of the one, next time glow in the dark one may be 🤣
