A reinterpretation of the dining experience at The Bodrum EDITION Kitchen Led by Michelin-starred chef Osman Sezener , Kitchen translates a cuisine rooted in the Aegean and shaped by the sea into a design language built on quiet luxury, material authenticity, and a deep sensitivity to place.

Defined by white stone, light wood, and a wide colonnade opening toward the sea, the space intentionally blurs the boundary between indoors and outdoors — in dialogue with EDITION’s calm, globally consistent identity while echoing the chef’s Aegean sensibility. At sunset, the Aegean view unfolding through the columns becomes central to the experience.

A semi-open kitchen brings guests closer to the chef, while a marble bar paired with light palm landscaping reinforces the Aegean atmosphere throughout.

We are honored to receive the Red Dot Award , one of the most prestigious distinctions in the design world — and particularly proud that ESCA ESCA stands as the first restaurant design from Turkey to be recognized with this honor.

To be acknowledged alongside some of the most respected names in global design is a meaningful affirmation of our studio’s approach: an unwavering focus on atmosphere, materiality, and the emotional resonance of space. It reinforces our commitment to design that is both refined and enduring.
