Dubai, UAE – April 2026: Oral Architecture & Engineering is pleased to share our appointment as Local Architect for a new boutique at Dubai Mall commissioned by a French multinational luxury goods company.

Dubai Mall remains a global benchmark for luxury retail and we continue contributing to its evolution alongside the world’s most demanding brands.

Our scope includes the consolidation of all existing architectural and MEP packages, followed by the delivery of executive drawings and full local architect services to support the construction.

At Oral, we operate differently. We don’t supervise projects — we own them. Through founder-led involvement, selective project intake, and continuous control, we ensure that complex, multi-phase environments are delivered with absolute clarity and consistency.

Building on this heritage, ORAL partnered with Milan-based experience studio DINN! to realise SOLO Batumi Lounge, Bank of Georgia’s ultra-premium brand. This project redefines what a banking space can be — moving beyond transactions to a curated social, lifestyle, and networking experience.

🟨 Signature Elements, Crafted to Precision 🟨
SOLO Lounge – Batumi, Georgia

In the heart of the new SOLO branch for Bank of Georgia, a series of custom curved glass display units and powder-coated metal structures form the visual centrepiece of the lounge experience.

Designed by DINN and fabricated by Oral Millwork, these units are more than fixtures — they’re statements:
— Seamless radius curves
— Anti-glare safety glass with high-transparency finish
— Satin metal frames in custom colour specification
— Minimal detail, maximal precision

Every piece was engineered in Istanbul, transported to Batumi, and installed on site within days — fully aligned with the boutique banking concept SOLO continues to pioneer.
