A sample of some of the breakfast tea plates that went out our doors. Warning long post: So story time in my rush i almost forgot to take pictures and i made a promise to myself always to grab pictures of whatever i do ...but luckily i had 5 minutes to spare and made use of my time. Chosen menu for the event was : Mini coconut bakes with saltfish buljol, veg pizza slice, bran muffins and a fruit cup..they all came with mints and toothpicks...so excuse my pics eh. .like i said i was rushing lol🤣🤣🤣 ( Ps: i was so busy relaxing afterwards i almost forgot to post too🫣..but that is another story)

Had to do a gluten free carrot cake for a dear friend of mine birthday...i was both nervous and excited....so glad this came out a success now unto experimenting other gluten free recipes😍🥰
