Lisa’s Splendid Creations, does not always offer the least expensive nor the fastest solution for your party decorations, but i pride my self on being the best. Birthdays, Showers, Baptisms, Weddings and other special days are the important moments of our lives. I feel very fortunate to participate in your family's special occasions. These occasions create special memories that last a lifetime! By personalizing your party decorations, each photo and each memory will bring you back to that special day of celebration. Again, thanks for allowing me to be part of your celebration. My handmade products are unique and distinctive, and i hope you feel as though they are presented to your family from my family. Just watch your guests as they admire the detail and effort that goes into each banner, centrepiece or party favor tag. It is my goal to please every customer, with every purchase. You would be asked for a description of the item you order since all my products are totally customizable. (measurements, quantity, colors, etc.). I love doing custom orders! If you have an idea or don't see what you would like in my shop, just convo me! I would be more than happy to help you create the perfect event! Proofs will be sent for approval or for any modifications once purchase is made. Upon approval of proofs orders goes into printing where necessary. ***I do not start out any item without receiving prior approval for the proof.*** (This gives my customers the option to make any changes necessary prior to printing) this is for items that are to be printed. Due to the nature of all items sold in my shop, I am unable to provide refunds. If the error was mine I take responsibility to replace the order. I ask you to approve and double check the proofs that I send before making final approval for printed items. I rely solely on your approval of the electronic proof as final verification and acceptance of the project. We can not accept financial responsibility for items approved by you that may be later found in error. However, mistakes on my end are of course always corrected. While i do offer unlimited revisions within 24 hours, I reserve the right to limit them if i feel the requests are excessive or unreasonable.
**COLOR VARIATIONS**
Printed colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, one printer to another, between different types or brands of paper & ink, and also with the choice of printer settings. I am not responsible for the resulting color variations. Because there are a vast number of variables involved in printing, there will be no refunds and no design color changes if you do not like the colors when printed. PLEASE BE SURE to print a copy of the sample I send before purchasing if color matches are extremely important to you. For custom orders listed as examples, i will match each order as close as possible to the pictures in our listings; however, ribbon, paper, and embellishments may vary based on availability. I would stay in the same theme and color scheme. All items are designed and assembled by hand in my shop. I do not stock any merchandise. All orders are custom and made to order. Please keep in mind that I strive to get my orders out as soon as possible, and I also take pride in my work therefore, some orders may have a slight delay. Every item created by me is made with love and care. Questions and ideas are always encouraged and always welcomed! Customer satisfaction and quality products are the two top priorities here at Lisa’s Splendid Creations/ Lisa inkprinting and I will do my best to go above and beyond your expectations every single time we work together! I try to answer messages at least twice per day, but i spend most of our time creating your order. Please contact me if your order is time sensitive prior to placing your order. My turnaround time depends on your event date. I am available during regular business hours Monday thru Friday. So please allow a bit of time for replies. Cancellation requests can only be honored within 30 minutes after your purchase time (deposit/Confirmation). Since all items are customized and made to order my shop does not permit cancellations past 30 minutes due to the nature of the business. I offer delivery at a cost.
