Our Story

Taiwan Hearty True Co., Ltd., established in 2001, has been a distributor for a number of worldwide famous brands of sanitary products, including Damixa from Danmark and Newform from Italy. In particular, we have distributed a series of sanitary products to the internationally known five-star hotel, The LaLu Hotel at Sun Moon Lake, located in Nan Tou, Taiwan. Built on the previous success, we have further worked with Hansgrohe as a supplier in Taiwan since 2008, one of the world’s largest sanitary fittings manufacturer in Germany, to provide a full range of technological innovative showers and fittings under the name of parent company, that is, Hansgrohe, Axor and Pharo. All lines of products through the world’s famous designers such as Philippe Starck, Jean-Marie Massaud and Antonio Citterio enable to cater various types of consumers who endeavor to improve the quality of their lives. Our specialized concept design store in Neihu, Taiwan, gives you the feelings of nature, inspired by the designer Jean-Marie Massaud creating natural surroundings, like walking on the beach and listening to the waterfall, where makes you feel like to relax in the bath with a glass of red wine. In addition to such superior qualities of products, our unique double-bathroom, designed by Antonio Citterio, a series designer of Axor, has a double basin and a transparent horizontal sliding door that not only increases a sense of spatial, but also can be shared between left and right shower room and the doors of the bathroom. Each element of design represents a sense of newness and of sleek lines, that is perfect for a variety of interior design style.
