離開新竹科學園區，我們攜手回到花蓮圓一個創業夢，以前都是替別人製造產品，現在我們要為自己創造產品，為自己留下一個痕跡，沒有華麗的裝飾，只有真材實料的味道，以工程師做實驗般的堅持，一次次試做，做出讓自己滿意，也讓客人滿意的感覺，期望我們的客人都能成為我們的朋友。

疫情後已經由店面轉為行動餐車，除了甜點之外，還多了鹹食可選擇，目前不定期出現在各個市集。
