Design Statement
The façade adopts a contemporary minimalist architectural language, using bold white geometric frames to define the overall building form. Dark gray vertically textured cladding and black metal-framed windows provide material contrast, while vertical structural elements, horizontal projections, and recessed openings create dynamic layers of light and shadow. A large open-frame structure crowns the rooftop and defines the skyline, resulting in a refined, restrained, and sophisticated contemporary residential identity.
