屋主喜歡帶有歲月感的復古家具與鄉村風選品，因此這個家的設計，也從這些喜歡的物件開始延伸。

空間以自然、樸實的色彩為主，讓家具與收藏能自在地融入其中。傳統鄉村風常見的線條與造型，我們也做了適度簡化，保留溫暖復古的味道，同時讓整體更俐落、更符合現代生活。

比起刻意營造一種風格，我們更希望這個空間像是隨著屋主的生活與收藏，慢慢長成屬於自己的樣子。

The homeowners have always loved vintage furniture and country-style pieces, so we started with the things they love and built the space around them.

We kept the colors natural and earthy, creating a simple, relaxed backdrop for their furniture and collections. Some of the classic country-style details were simplified as well, keeping the warm, vintage feel while making the space cleaner and more comfortable for everyday living.

Instead of trying too hard to define a certain style, we wanted the home to feel personal and lived-in — a space that naturally grows with the people who live there and the things they love.

業主希望透過空間調整，增加家人之間的日常交流，同時改善室內的採光與通風。因此，設計將原有廚房牆面打開，並以透明介面重新連結廚房與餐廳，使客廳、餐廳及廚房之間的視線更加開放。即使家人身處不同空間，仍能自然互動、彼此照應，也讓公共區域形成更連續而明亮的生活場景。

玄關則設置透光隔屏，在保留入口遮蔽與居家隱私的同時，引入室內光線，避免入門處產生封閉與壓迫感，讓隱私、採光與空間感取得適當平衡。

整體風格以溫潤的胡桃木皮作為空間基底，搭配淺色石材與藝術塗料，形成柔和且層次分明的材質變化。透過簡潔的線條、自然的色彩與實用的空間配置，打造一處簡約、質樸且適合一家人日常生活的日系小宅。

The homeowners wanted to create more opportunities for everyday interaction while improving natural light and ventilation throughout the home. To achieve this, the original kitchen wall was opened and replaced with a transparent partition that reconnects the kitchen and dining area. This creates clearer sightlines between the kitchen, dining room, and living room, allowing family members to communicate and look after one another even while using different spaces. It also makes the shared living areas feel brighter and more connected.

At the entrance, a light-filtering screen provides the necessary privacy without blocking natural light. This reduces the sense of enclosure often found in entryways and creates a comfortable balance between privacy, openness, and brightness.

The material palette is built around warm walnut veneer, complemented by light-colored stone and textured paint across the larger surfaces. Clean lines, natural tones, and practical spatial planning come together to shape a compact Japanese-inspired home that feels simple, warm, and well suited to the family’s daily life.
