阿發火雞肉飯的名字來自兩位恩師，在阿發蒸餃學蒸餃時師傅王建發，學火雞肉飯時師傅蘇建發，為感念師恩而取名「阿發」。堅持呈現道地嘉義風味，讓高雄也能品嚐正宗火雞肉飯，並以家人般的服務，讓每位顧客都有回家吃飯的溫暖感受。
