🏆 連續獲得兩項教育獎項肯定
今年，金花菇研所的食菇教育行動，先後獲兩個教育獎項肯定：

🍄2026 IASE 教育影響力創新獎
我們從菇類出發，串起農業、教育、青年與地方文化。

名單很長，因為有這麼多人一起參與，才讓一朵菇能慢慢蔓延，串起更多地方與教育現場。
【Growing a Sustainable Network: The Collaborative Impact of Kinhana Mushroom Lab】
What if agricultural waste—such as discarded bamboo and tea residue—could be transformed into something new? We began Kinhana Mushroom Lab with this simple question.
Using “mushroom education” as our starting point, we transform agricultural byproducts into learning materials and build a sustainability model based on hands-on practice, co-creation, and knowledge sharing. Through this work, we connect small farmers and young people, bringing them together to take part in a shared journey. So far, we have reached more than 30 schools and community sites, engaged over 2,000 participants each year, and encouraged more than a dozen young farmers and local partners to join us.
What makes our approach distinctive is the way we redefine the role of farmers in education. Farmers are no longer simply people whom students visit. They become educators themselves—turning their lived experience into teaching materials, stepping into classrooms, and earning additional income through education.
Starting with a single mushroom, we are gradually growing a quiet but expanding ecosystem—one that connects education and production through a shared sustainability network.
