🎉恭賀🎉宸言設計-裏表異色 Contrast Ratio
榮獲2025MUSE設計獎及2025紐約建築設計獎-🎉銀獎

屋主以一句「我不願隨波逐流」的簡潔宣言，精準定義了空間的靈魂。設計團隊以此為引，捕捉屋主「外冷內熱」的性格反差，將其雙重特質轉化為室內的韻律節奏。從不鏽鋼的冷冽、礦物塗料的樸拙到大膽的對比光影，每一處細節都在冷暖邊界徘徊。
剛與柔、光與影、表象與深度，在精雕細琢中交織共生，構築出一個深度私密且獨一無二的居住載體。

玄關處，一只懸浮壓克力展示櫃打破了空間的靜謐。
上方嵌入 3 度精準束光角的投射燈，光線穿透橘色壓克力，在鑿面石感牆面上投射出輪廓分明的焦點，形塑出不凡的入戶儀式感。
與之相連的金屬貓跳台，俐落地嵌合於牆體與櫃體間，既是極簡端景，也隱喻了屋主獨特的思考邏輯與人寵和諧共生的生活哲學。燈控設計則極具層次：感應地燈與展示燈帶同步連動，讓光影隨步履流轉。全室以暖黃光為基調，與嵌入式燈條交織，完美詮釋「外冷內熱」的氛圍底色。

客廳中橫亙空間的巨型大樑，在設計師筆下轉化為視覺焦點。設計師捨棄掩飾，賦予其粗獷的鑿面紋理，並流暢銜接至內嵌電視牆。這種原始粗獷與精緻工藝的刻意碰撞，將建築侷限轉化為掌控空間張力的靈魂點綴，深刻映照出屋主不隨波逐流的自我主張。

The homeowner’s strong personality sets the tone with a simple declaration: “I don’t want to be like everyone else.” Taking this as a cue, the designers sought to capture the contrast between the homeowner’s cool appearance and warm inner self, translating that duality into the rhythm of the interior. From stainless steel and mineral-based coatings to bold, contrasting lighting choices, every element reflects the boundary between warmth and coolness. Strength and softness, light and shadow, surface and depth—all gradually intertwine through carefully crafted details, shaping a living environment that is deeply personal and uniquely reflective of its inhabitant.
Upon entering the home, one is greeted by a suspended acrylic display cabinet—an unexpected highlight. Above it, a recessed spotlight with a precise 3-degree beam angle is subtly embedded, casting light through an orange acrylic fixture to create a sharply defined glow. The beam lands on a recessed stone-textured wall, immediately setting a tone of unconventional welcome. Just beyond, a built-in cat perch—crafted from cool-toned metal and neatly integrated between the wall and cabinetry—doubles as both a minimalist display shelf and a nod to the homeowner’s distinctive way of thinking and harmonious co-living with pets. The lighting plan is equally refined: motion-sensor floor lights and display niches illuminate in tandem, adding atmosphere to every step. Throughout the space, warm yellow light serves as the primary illumination, with recessed fixtures providing secondary support—together, crafting a layered contrast of outer coolness and inner warmth.
The living room’s most striking feature is a massive structural beam that spans the entire space. Rather than conceal it, the designers embraced its bold presence, cladding it in chiseled, stone-like texture that seamlessly connects to the recessed metal TV wall. The deliberate juxtaposition of raw and refined materials transforms what was once an architectural obstacle into a commanding centerpiece, injecting tension and character that reflect the homeowner’s uncompromising individuality.

🎉恭賀🎉宸言設計-層光居所 Layered Light
榮獲2025法國設計獎及2025倫敦設計獎-🎉銀獎

屋主是一位插畫家，長期在家工作，夢想擁有一個能體現藝廊開放性和流動性的家。受她對「韓式咖啡館」美學的喜愛啟發，設計師採用了極簡的材料和裝飾，以體現她對簡約和自然質感的偏好。

該項目基於一棟緊湊的複式公寓，並根據這位獨居藝術家的需求進行了全面定制。
最終呈現的住宅既是靈感的源泉，也是光影流動的語言，日常生活和藝術創作在這裡和諧地層展開。

設計始於對動線的重新思考。由於場地本身俱有錯落有致的樓層，設計師拆除了所有封閉的隔間牆，從而在工作區和生活區之間實現了無縫銜接。
下層被指定為日常生活和藝術創作的主要區域，沿著窗戶，安裝了一張長長的工作台和可調節的松木金屬層架，可以靈活調整高度，以滿足屋主豐富的收藏和展示需求。為了配合她的創作節奏，家中光線最充足的區域被闢為工作區和儲物牆，確保她的藝術創作始終沐浴在自然光中。

樓梯旁的懸浮式不銹鋼島台是另一個核心區域。
其90公分的懸臂式邊緣營造出視覺上的輕盈感，並支持從簡餐、手工製作到靈感迸發等各種活動。貫穿整個住宅的軌道照明系統提供如同畫廊般的靈活照明，將書架牆變成一個生動的展覽空間，展示著屋主不斷變化的創意世界。

The homeowner is an illustrator who has long worked from home and dreamed of a home that could also embody the openness and fluidity of an art gallery. Inspired by her fondness for the aesthetic of “Korean-style cafés,” the designer embraced minimalistic materials and minimal ornamentation to reflect her preference for simplicity and natural textures.
Built upon the foundation of a compact duplex, the project was fully customized to suit the needs of a solo creative. The result is a home that serves as both a vessel of inspiration and a language of light in motion, where everyday living and artistic practice unfold in harmony, layer by layer.
The design began by rethinking circulation. With the site’s staggered levels, the designer removed all enclosed partition walls to create seamless flow between the workspace and the living area. The lower level is designated as the primary area for both daily life and artistic creation. Along the windows, a long worktable and adjustable pine-and-metal shelving are installed, allowing for flexible height configurations to accommodate the homeowner’s extensive collection and display needs. Prioritizing her creative rhythm, the brightest part of the home is reserved for the work area and storage wall, ensuring that her artistic process is always bathed in natural light.
A floating stainless-steel island beside the staircase serves as another core. Its 90cm cantilevered edge lends a sense of visual lightness and supports activities ranging from light meals and crafting to sudden bursts of inspiration. The TV wall, built with a cantilevered structure, can pivot toward the worktable, doubling as a secondary screen when needed. Throughout the home, a track lighting system provides flexible illumination akin to that of a gallery, transforming the shelving wall into a living exhibition of the homeowner’s ever-evolving creative world.

輕奢霧灰的靜謐哲學！當「宸言設計」用隱形收納，打造都會生活最理想的「淨」土

設計師精準鎖定在淺灰與鐵灰的層次變化上，大面積的櫃體採用極簡門片，線條俐落，為空間定調出高級的「灰度美學」。溫潤的木紋元素，則巧妙地平衡了灰色的冷冽感，像是臥室床頭那片帶有手工痕跡的特殊塗料主牆，搭配紋理重增加觸感的木質背板，營造出寧靜而溫馨的休憩氛圍。

最讓人驚豔的是貫穿全室的究極收納設計！從客廳一整排的頂天立地櫃體，不只肩負起收納露營設備、生活雜物的重任，甚至連掃地機器人的「家」也完美隱藏其中，實現了極致的清爽整齊。而設計師更沒有忽略熱愛生活的業主：特別打造的展示櫃，讓公仔、模型車等收藏品在精心計算的燈光下成為家中最吸睛的藝術品，讓「熱愛」成為回家最美的風景。

此外，不論是餐廚區整合電器與新風機設備，讓健康與美觀無需妥協；或是客廳採用彈性極高的軌道燈系統，預留了安裝寵物攝影機、投影設備的無限可能。這個家處處體現了 #宸言設計 對於未來生活需求的精準預測與細膩安排。

我們選擇柔和的米白色和鄉居色，這不僅能讓空間看起來更寬敞，還能營造出溫暖的氛圍。

床頭壓樑簡單弧形不做過多包覆，色彩以色階式呈現，展現出優雅而和諧的空間層次，透光蜂巢簾柔化自然光線，營造出舒適寧靜的休憩氛圍。

浴袍收納櫃，以藤編帶入改變以往百葉做透氣孔，收邊融入圓弧形線條。
中島餐桌以弧形與半圓線板桌腳設計搭配簡約白色人造石桌面。
