• 行政專員
- 負責一般文書資料處理及歸檔（合約、請款單、專案文件等）
- 準備會議議程，參與會議並撰寫會議記錄
- 輔助設計師行政事務、採購相關事宜
- 電話接聴、訪客接待、信件收發
- 維護辦公室環境、建材設備
- 文具及日常用品採購與庫存管理
- 需具美感簡易美編能力尤佳

自古象徵吉祥與庇護。
圓弧木紋玄關映出梧桐壯闊之姿，
壁燈微光點亮歸家暖意。

米色牆與奶茶沙發構築柔和底色，
褐色磁磚與深木餐桌交織沉穩氣息。
天井灑落的光線隨木香流動，空間靜謐如梧桐樹下的歲月靜好。
