Все частіше у плануванні квартир забудовник не виділяє окремої зони для вітальні, і одне з приміщень в помешканні стає мультифункціональним простором.

Іноді це приміщення має площу звичайної кімнати, але функціоналу в ньому потрібно вмістити як на три)))

У нашому проекті кухня-студія площею 23 кв.м. мала вирішити питання і власне кухні, і їдальні, і місця відпочинку родини. А замовник, як не вмовляли, не погоджувався збільшити площу за рахунок приєднання лоджії.

При своїй компактності жодна із зон не втратила зручності.

Все можливе навіть в обмеженому просторі, за умови чіткого планування 😉
