The space is designed with three functional zones: strength training, cardio, and a recovery area with stretching.

The interior is built on a combination of wood, a light base palette, and accent lighting.

Renovation of a countryside estate. Kitchen area.

We designed the kitchen as a clean, monolithic volume — the client requested fully concealed фасades to eliminate visual noise. All appliances and storage systems are integrated to maintain clarity of lines and a calm spatial feel.

The island becomes the focal point, featuring a natural stone countertop in a deep emerald tone — a refined accent that brings character to the space. It is complemented by Flexform bar stools, creating a light and well-balanced area for everyday use.

Ми спроєктували кухню як цілісний, монолітний об’єм — власниця хотіла повністю закриті фасади без візуального шуму. Вся техніка та системи зберігання інтегровані, щоб зберегти чистоту ліній і спокій простору.

Центром композиції став острів із кам’яною стільницею благородного ізумрудного відтінку — глибокий акцент, який додає інтер’єру характеру. Його доповнюють барні стільці Flexform, що формують легку і збалансовану зону для щоденного використання.

We designed a new house in Odesa, working with the principles of southern minimalism. Here, it’s not just about form, but about how the space feels: natural light, openness, and a constant connection to the outdoors. Large panoramic windows, deep terraces, and natural materials — stone, wood, and concrete — create a calm and cohesive architectural language.

We intentionally kept the architecture restrained to give more space for light, air, and flexibility in how the house is lived in. Interior and exterior areas flow into each other, without sharp boundaries — as one continuous living scenario. This is a house where architecture doesn’t overwhelm, but enhances the sense of comfort, rhythm, and ease.

Ми спроєктували новий будинок в Одесі, працюючи з принципами архітектури південного мінімалізму. Тут важливі не тільки форми, а й відчуття: багато світла, відкритість простору і постійний зв’язок із зовнішнім середовищем. Великі панорамні вікна, глибокі тераси, природні матеріали — камінь, дерево, бетон — формують спокійний і цілісний образ.

Ми свідомо зробили архітектуру стриманою, щоб дати більше повітря, світла і свободи у використанні простору. Внутрішні та зовнішні зони працюють разом — без різких меж, як єдиний сценарій життя. Це будинок, де архітектура не перевантажує, а підсилює відчуття комфорту, ритму і спокою.

Calm Essence Project

The kitchen embraces a restrained minimalist aesthetic, focusing on precision and function. Integrated storage systems conceal appliances when not in use, preserving the monolithic rhythm of the wooden facades and maintaining visual lightness. This approach keeps the composition refined while maximizing practicality.

The living area is defined by the Minotti Horizonte sofa, forming an inviting lounge zone, complemented by the soft curves of the Minotti Tokie coffee table. The dining area with Flexform table and chairs underscores the modern character of the space, while the fireplace — the warm heart of the home — unites kitchen and living into a single flowing environment.

Проєкт Calm Essence

Кухню ми виконали у стриманій мінімалістичній естетиці, зосередившись на функціональності та чистоті форм. Особливу увагу приділили системам зберігання: блоки з вбудованою технікою можна закрити, зберігаючи цілісність дерев’яних фасадів і візуальну легкість інтер’єру. Такий підхід дозволив нам уникнути перевантаження і залишити простір цілісним.

У вітальні центральним елементом став диван Minotti Horizonte — навколо нього ми сформували лаунж-зону. Його доповнює кавовий столик Minotti Tokie, який пом’якшує композицію своїми округлими формами. Обідню зону зі столом і стільцями Flexform ми інтегрували так, щоб вона логічно продовжувала інтер’єр.

Entrance hall Calm Essence

The entrance hall is designed in a warm palette of natural wood, embodying understated elegance. The textured surface of the main doors, finished to resemble aged brass, paired with subtle lighting, adds depth and character, creating a seamless transition between zones.

The staircase becomes a sculptural element in itself: solid steps illuminated with hidden lighting emphasize rhythm and form, while a statement sculpture grounds the composition. More than circulation, the staircase serves as an aesthetic focal point within the home.

Передпокій Calm Essence

Передпокій витриманий у теплій палітрі натурального дерева, що створює атмосферу стриманої елегантності. Фактура вхідних дверей з ефектом зістареної латуні у поєднанні з м’яким підсвічуванням додає простору характеру та глибини, формуючи відчуття гармонійного переходу між зонами дому.

Сходи стають скульптурним елементом інтер’єру: монолітні щаблі у поєднанні з підсвіткою підкреслюють ритм конструкції, а декоративна скульптура в основі композиції додає мистецького акценту. Сходи в цьому проєкті не лише функціональна частина будинку, а й естетичний центр уваги.

In this project, we worked with simplicity without reducing its depth. A light base, calm palette, and clean volumes are complemented by richer materials and subtle accents that add character to the architecture.

The second level is emphasized through contrasting cantilevers — shaping the structure while making the volume feel lighter, without losing its sense of scale.

Цей проєкт — про баланс масштабу, матеріалів і світла. Світла база, спокійна палітра і чисті об’єми доповнені глибшими матеріалами та акцентами, які додають інтер’єру і архітектурі характеру.

The interior of Felicity House continues the architectural idea of the home — scale, harmony, and purity of lines. The palette is built on natural, deep tones: warm beige, graphite, and shades of wood and stone. It carries an inherently “luxurious” feel — without contrasts or excess, defined by the depth of color and the nobility of texture.

This balance of warmth and restraint creates an atmosphere of stability, calm, and thoughtful comfort. The sense of premium quality is revealed through the details — through the overall harmony, scale, and the precision in every chosen material.

Інтер’єр Felicity House продовжує архітектурну ідею дому — масштаб, гармонію та чистоту ліній. Палітра побудована на природних, глибоких тонах: теплий беж, графіт, відтінки дерева й каменю. Вона сама по собі звучить “дорого” — без контрастів і надмірностей, завдяки глибині кольору й благородству фактур.

Цей баланс тепла й стриманості формує атмосферу стабільності, спокою та продуманого комфорту. Преміальність простору відчувається через деталі, через загальне відчуття гармонії, масштабу та якості кожного обраного матеріалу.

The dining area in the Felicity House project continues the overall architectural concept of the interior — a careful balance of scale, materials, and light. We intentionally organized the space around a large dining table as the central element. Its solid presence is balanced by lighter chairs and a complex lighting installation that not only illuminates but shapes the atmosphere and perception of the space throughout the day.

The palette remains restrained: deep wood tones, stone, and warm lighting. The sense of premium quality is expressed through textures and proportions rather than contrasts or excess. This is a space designed for long dinners, conversations, and gatherings — where architecture doesn’t dominate, but creates the right setting for life.

Обідня зона в проєкті Felicity House продовжує загальну архітектурну ідею інтер’єру — роботу з масштабом, матеріалами та світлом. Ми свідомо побудували простір навколо великого столу як центру композиції. Масивна форма врівноважується легкими кріслами та складною світловою інсталяцією, яка не просто освітлює, а формує характер простору і змінює його сприйняття протягом дня.

Палітра залишається стриманою: глибокі відтінки дерева, камінь, тепле світло. Саме через фактури та пропорції формується відчуття преміальності — без зайвих акцентів, але з чітким відчуттям якості в кожній деталі. Це простір для довгих вечерь, розмов і зустрічей, де архітектура не домінує, а створює правильний фон для життя.

The teenager’s bedroom in the Felicity House project is designed as a space that balances privacy and openness. We intentionally moved away from obvious “teen” solutions, creating an interior that remains relevant over time.

The palette is built on deep, warm tones and natural textures — wood, textiles, and soft lighting. Behind a partition, we placed a wardrobe area, which also allowed us to separate the workspace and achieve a sense of cohesion within the space.

Кімната підлітка в проєкті Felicity House — це простір, який балансує між приватністю та відкритістю. Ми свідомо відійшли від очевидних “дитячих” рішень, створюючи інтер’єр, що залишатиметься актуальним з часом.

Палітра побудована на глибоких теплих відтінках і натуральних фактурах: дерево, текстиль, м’яке світло. За перегородкою ми розмістили гардеробну зону, і відокремили таким чином робочу зону, чим досягли відчуття цілісності простору.
