In the private offices, the overall concept becomes more restrained and personal. The aim was to create an environment for focused work while preserving the continuity of the project and the atmosphere established in the shared spaces.

Natural wood, leather, textile surfaces, and stone form a warm, tactile setting. Deep natural tones do not overwhelm the interior; instead, they give it a sense of substance and permanence. Exposed beams and the preserved ceiling height maintain the scale of the rooms, while integrated lighting creates more intimate working scenarios.

We introduced elements more commonly associated with residential interiors: lounge chairs, libraries, local lighting, and small conversation areas. As a result, the offices do not feel overly formal or detached. They remain professional while offering a sense of privacy and comfort.

In this project, the historical context was never treated as decoration, nor was modernity pursued for its own sake. The interior grew from the character of the building itself, combining its scale and memory with the functionality of a contemporary workplace.

A large table anchors the meeting room and supports different scenarios, from formal negotiations to team discussions. The kitchen and bar are positioned directly behind it, allowing the two functional zones to be perceived as one continuous environment.

Contemporary elements are integrated with restraint: rather than competing with the space, they emphasize its scale and proportions. Preserving the maximum ceiling height and leaving the structural beams exposed therefore became a key design decision. The architecture of the building remains visible and continues to shape the interior.

The brief was to create a contemporary office that would remain connected to the architectural character of old Kyiv — without literally recreating the past, using decorative imitations, or introducing details that only appear authentic.

The story begins in the reception area. Instead of a formal transitional zone, we designed a space with the intimate atmosphere of a cigar lounge. Deep wood tones, natural leather, stone, soft lighting, and a restrained palette create a sense of privacy and calm.

Leather sofas and armchairs form a composition that feels closer to a living room than a conventional office reception. It is a place for an informal meeting, a quiet wait before a conversation, or simply a moment to slow down.

At the same time, the interior remains distinctly contemporary. The clean forms of the furniture and lighting contrast with tactile materials and classical spatial proportions. This creates the intended balance: the historical character can be felt, yet it never becomes a stage set.

The reception introduces the central idea of the project: leaving the noise of the outside world behind.

Relief stone, brushed metal, restrained wood accents, and warm integrated lighting create a calm, enveloping atmosphere from the first step.

The lighting is integrated into the architecture and shifts between different scenarios, adapting the space to the time of day and the guest’s experience.

Outdoor spaces are no longer an addition to architecture.

Today, they shape the way we experience a place just as much as the spaces inside. They become settings for quiet mornings, conversations, moments of rest and everyday routines.

Although these three projects differ in scale and context, they are connected by the same principle: every outdoor area is designed with a clear purpose and a distinct way of being used.

Коли бізнес відкриває новий офіс, шоурум чи магазин, дизайн часто стає першою статтею, на якій вирішують заощадити.

Логіка зрозуміла: є будівництво, обладнання, персонал, а дизайн здається чимось другорядним.

Але саме дизайн визначає, як працюватиме все інше.

Помилки в плануванні не закінчуються після завершення ремонту. Вони переходять у щоденну роботу бізнесу: зайві переміщення команди, незручна взаємодія між відділами, клієнти, які губляться в просторі, або процеси, що займають більше часу, ніж могли б.

Найважливіше те, що більшість цих втрат майже неможливо побачити у фінансовому звіті. Вони накопичуються щодня, поступово знижуючи ефективність бізнесу.

Саме тому хороший дизайн починається не з вибору матеріалів чи стилю.

Він починається з питання: «Як працює бізнес і як простір може зробити цю роботу ефективнішою?».

Materials shape the way an office is experienced.

The material palette influences how a space feels, how it performs in everyday use, and how it will be perceived over time.

For this project, we combined walnut veneer, red marble, glass, textiles, and brass.

Each material has a specific role. Walnut veneer conceals the building’s original kitchen while adding warmth and rhythm to the interior. Red marble becomes one of the defining accents, appearing throughout different areas of the office. Glass fills the interior with natural daylight and frames views of the Cypriot landscape. Textiles contribute to acoustic comfort, while a thin brass profile highlights the geometry of the veneer panels.

Each material supports the architectural concept, and together they create a cohesive identity for the interior.

How do different teams communicate throughout the day?
Which teams need to work closely together?
Are dedicated spaces for calls and focused work required?
How will noise levels affect the workplace experience?

These questions shape the architecture long before materials, furniture, or finishes enter the conversation.
That’s why details matter.
Acoustics. Lighting. Spatial zoning. Informal collaboration areas. Biophilic elements. Ergonomics.

Every business has its own culture, workflows, and priorities. The workplace should reflect that.

Glossy wall panels and carefully selected finishes create subtle reflections that visually extend the space. The effect adds a sense of depth and scale while reinforcing the character of the interior.

To balance the more structured atmosphere, greenery was integrated throughout the office. Plants introduce a natural layer to the space, adding warmth and contributing to a more comfortable working environment.

The result is an interior that feels focused without feeling restrictive.
