37 years……
1987 Suellen and Paul embarked on a new way of life.
After being a stay at home mom and the perfect wife, Suellen started a new business in Hoquiam, Memory Lane. After several years in business our current location became available, with a few years of much needed rehab of the building, in 1992 they were ready to open, with a name change. Suellen always believed it was the most grand building in Aberdeen and with it being on Heron Street, Grand Heron was born.
With Suellen’s passing in 2019, it only seemed right that I keep the shop going, along with my trusty “janitor” (aka dad.)
But it’s time…
Time to hang up the hammer and retire and let the janitor enjoy his retirement.
With that being said, rather than having our traditional Christmas Open House I will be starting a store wide sale, everything will be 30 to 50% off starting 10:00 November 2nd. We hope to see you!
Thank you all for your continued support and friendship through the years, much love to you all…
Enjoy some pictures of times gone by……

For the long time customers that remember the 9 grandkids running around the shop, the oldest just turned 30 and the youngest 18♥️
