Check out this sweet fire cart we finally delivered to Odd Alewives Farm Brewery last weekend.
A 96”L x 40”D x 72”H frame features two independently adjustable Santa Maria grills (30”x26” each) with 13” stainless lifting wheels, a center brasero wood burning station, all lined with over 130 firebricks (not pictured, removed for transport), dry storage below the burn area, on 5” solid locking casters, plus a custom coal rake.
If you’re in the area, be sure to check out beautiful brewery and tasting room, the Editor’s Pick on the 2021 “Best of Maine” list. The recently renovated 1820’s barn sits on 22 acres, where they grow a variety of hops, fruit, herbs and even vegetables used in their beer production. Ingredients not produced on the farm are locally sourced within Maine.
The new fire cart will be put to work as they expand their wood fired tasting menu, and, based on the snacks and ales John sent us home with, you won’t want to miss it!
(Did we mention you can even bring your dog?)
We can’t wait to see what wood fired greatness comes off of this bad boy!
