Fully grinded and primed to ensure self level adheres properly. Flat as you can get it - perfect for glue down lvp on a very uneven factory floor. Call if you have any issues with an uneven floor or questions about self leveling and prices.

1 of 5 elevators redone with marmolium. 2 types of primer, fiberglass heating in prep for flexibility and cold weld in corners to provide waterproof floor pan for easy cleaning. These elevators are outside downtown GR and they're having issues with people using them as bathrooms. They paid to have it done right and didn't cut corners.

Realized I only took snap videos for this whole 2 month project. Gerald Dawkins Elementary. This is rubber squares, 4 inch cove base for cafeteria. School was 2 floors of pattern carpet tile, vct in utility and kitchen.

Loved this job! A little elderly lady from the south named Rosa! 🥰 She didn't go cheap. 3 inch hardwood throughout upstairs of condo, steps completely redone and she added this beautiful carpet runner! I believe I used maple for risers. I stained the risers to match the hardwood, as well as small stain work on the stair stringer along steps to match.Turned out beautiful, all shoe molding stained by us as well. If you got the money this is the floor you want. This floor will never have any issues- solid!

1/4 inch Rubber sports floor and walls. Polyurethane adhesive for rubber and contact cement for walls. Rubber on walls is tucked into a J channel which makes installation very easy. Orange Theory Fitness in Grandville! Tell em I sent ya for a discount 😆
