Installed new 1 1/2" and 2 1/4" White oak. Refinished the existing floors taking them back from an ebony stain. Now finished with Pallmann Clear sealer and Pall-X Power finish (Satin).
We also updated the handrail by adding new wrought iron balusters!

Finished with DuraSeal Country White stain, Pallmann USA Color sealer and 98 Gold (Satin) finish.
