Can I share something with you? 🥹❤️

When I first started posting on social media, I was SO intimidated! I was afraid to put myself out there.

But then I realized something beautiful…

It’s not about ME. It’s about the people, their stories, and the lives we’re touching through creativity. 🧵💕

“You are amazing, special, unique, kind, and you are ALWAYS loved.” 💛

These words are on the wall of my sewing studio. And I say them to EVERY student when they finish a project.

Because I want everyone who walks through my doors to leave knowing something important: YOU ARE CAPABLE OF AMAZING THINGS! 💪🏽

Yesterday, this beautiful student came to her FIRST sewing class.

Her mom had gifted her sewing lessons, and she brought her very own sewing machine, named TAMMY! 😂🧵

The best part? Tammy had been sitting unused for TWO YEARS!

And in just 90 minutes, she learned how to use her machine and made her very first pillow! 😍

Watching her excitement and pride was EVERYTHING!

Before taking her picture, I reminded her of those words on my wall. Because the finished project matters, but how you FEEL about yourself matters even more. 🥹💕

This is why I started Sew + Reimagine.

It’s not just about teaching people how to sew. It’s about building confidence, celebrating little victories, and reminding people how special they are.

And now I have a question for YOU…

Happy Monday! ☀️💛

I’m sitting here in my home sewing studio, enjoying this beautiful sunshine, and I wanted to share something with you.

You know what I’ve learned since being let go from my corporate job?

That so much of the fear and doubt I had about becoming a full-time entrepreneur was actually in my own head.

And after this weekend, something really clicked for me.

My purpose is so much bigger than teaching people how to sew.

It’s about inspiring people, helping them build confidence, bringing people together, and making a difference through creativity.

And I’m learning to trust myself and trust the process.

I don’t have everything figured out. But I believe I’m going to be okay. My family is going to be okay. And I’m exactly where I need to be.

So here’s your Monday reminder:

Follow your dreams. Trust your journey. And never underestimate the impact you can have on someone else’s life.

Happy Monday! Sewing is having a comeback… and I think I know why…

Because something beautiful happens when people come together to create.

We laugh. We learn. We make mistakes. We encourage each other. And somewhere along the way, we grow. 🥹✨

And then comes my FAVORITE moment…

When someone holds up their finished project and says, “I MADE THIS!” 💪🏽

That feeling of accomplishment, confidence, and pride? PRICELESS.

That’s what our Halloween workshops have been all about. Not just making witch hats, but making memories, building friendships, and discovering what we’re capable of.

It’s all in the DETAILS! 😍🧵💕

My 14-year-old student just finished her BEAUTIFUL handmade jacket, and I couldn’t be prouder! 🥹❤️

Today was all about the finishing touches, and let me tell you… finishing makes ALL the difference!

She carefully sewed pink bias tape around the edges of her cherry-print jacket, including the neckline, front opening, sleeves, and hem. 🍒💕

Was it extra work? YES!
Did it require patience? ABSOLUTELY!
Was it worth it? LOOK AT THAT JACKET! 😍

This is what I love about teaching sewing. It’s not just about finishing a project. It’s about learning patience, paying attention to the little details, and building confidence with every stitch.

And seeing her proudly holding something she made with her own hands? PRICELESS. 🥹❤️

So proud of you! Keep creating, keep learning, and never stop challenging yourself! ✨
