Clean, simple, and symmetrical. The two bare trees wrapped in warm white lights really do most of the work here.

Two young trees out front lit branch by branch, each one glowing like its own little light source standing in the open lawn, while the roofline behind them runs the entire length of the house, gable, garage, dormer, all of it outlined in one clean line. The fog actually works in our favor here, softening everything just enough that the lights look like they're glowing from inside, not just strung on the outside.

Some houses need a lot going on. This one just needed the details taken care of.

Every bush lit for this circle drive so that no matter which way Santa flies in from he won't miss this house. Eventually we convinced this family to add the roofline as well which brought this impressive Christmas light display to a whole new dimension, but you can see even when we focus on ground elements you can still achieve that classic whisical Christmas. Let's chat.

Is this a Hallmark movie? No, just some of the decorating we do here at The Christmas Guys. Icicle lights tracing every single roofline, gable, and dormer on this house, not just the front peak, the whole thing, all the way around to the porch. Then every window gets its own wreath, the gate gets three more, garland runs the entire fence line, and even the bushes out front are wrapped.

Most houses pick one or two spots to go all out. This one didn't leave a single surface untouched, and somehow it still doesn't look like too much, every piece is doing its job without competing with the next one.

If your home's ready for this kind of full commitment, let's talk about building it out room by room, wall by wall.

Sometimes you just want some really colorful trees with your classic warm white roof lights!

The beauty of Christmas lights are that its the season one can go crazy with different colors without standing out in a bad way with the neighbors. You want an all green tree next to an all blue tree, no problem during the holiday season, but in March? Not so appreciated from the HOA or the family next door that wakes up in a Doctor Seuss world each night.

You have about 45 days a year where the strange colors all across your landscape are welcomed, and we are here for getting your lights installed and removed on time.

Do you love lights but hate arguing with your spouse?

Because I know exactly how this goes.

You walk out to the garage excited to decorate the house for Halloween.

For about three minutes, you’re having a great time.

You’re picturing how awesome the house is going to look. The skeletons are coming out. The grim reaper is going in the yard. Goblins, ghouls, all the fun stuff.

Then you grab the Halloween lights.

They’re tangled.

You pull out the extension ladder and somehow that thing feels heavier than it did last year.

Then you look up at the roof and think…

Did we put an addition on the house?

I could’ve sworn this roof wasn’t this high last year.

So you start negotiating with yourself.

Maybe we don’t really need the roof lights this year.

The yard is going to look awesome.

Nobody is even going to notice.

You spend the next few hours setting everything else up, stand back and look at it, and honestly…

It looks pretty damn good.

You walk inside feeling proud of yourself.

Then your family comes outside.

You’re waiting for it.

“Wow, Dad. This looks awesome.”

Instead you hear:

“Where are the roof lights?”

And you’re ready to explode.

Because you just spent half the day doing all of this and all you really wanted was a little pat on the back.

But somehow the only thing anybody noticed was the one thing you DIDN’T do.

A couple days go by.

Still no roof lights.

Then your spouse asks:

“When are you putting the lights on the house?”

Now you’re annoyed.

“I’m busy.”

“I’ve been working.”

“I already did everything else.”

And pretty soon something that was supposed to be FUN has turned into another argument.

But if we’re being real…

It’s probably not because you don’t have the time.

You just don’t feel like dragging that giant ladder back out, untangling another 200 feet of lights and climbing 20 or 30 feet in the air so you can risk spending the holidays in the hospital.

I get it.

So how about this year, you let me and my team handle the ladder.

You stay on the ground and do the fun stuff.

Put up the 12-foot skeleton.

Scare the neighborhood kids.

Set up the inflatables.

Drink a b**r and argue with your kids about where the giant spider should go.

And we’ll take care of the part you dread every single year.

We can install permanent lights on your home ONE time.

They stay up.

You control the colors right from your phone.

Orange, purple and green for Halloween.

Fall colors for Thanksgiving.

Warm white when you want the classic look.

Red and green for Christmas.

And when next Halloween rolls around?

No tangled lights.

No dragging out the extension ladder.

No staring up at your roof wondering why the damn thing looks taller than it did last year.

Just grab your phone and turn them on.

One installation.

Permanent lights.

Lifetime warranty.

And hopefully a whole lot less arguing about the roof lights.

If this sounds a little too familiar, click below and let’s see if we can keep you on the ground this year.
