Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
1 pound rotini pasta, cooked and drained (save 1 cup of cooking water for casserole)
3 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
2 (15 ounce) jars Alfredo sauce
1 cup garlic parmesan sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Β½ teaspoon salt
ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375Β°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish lightly with cooking spray or butter.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic parmesan sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Add about Β½ cup pasta water if needed for extra sauciness.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Optional: For a golden top, broil for 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning.
Let cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

Onion Beef Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old and cold)
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots etc.)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

prepare the rice: use cold, day-old rice for best results. it's less likely to clump and will fry up nicely.

cook the beef: heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

sautΓ© aromatics: add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

add vegetables: add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until tender-crisp.

combine with rice: add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the beef and vegetables.

season: pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. stir well to coat the rice evenly. season with salt and pepper to taste.

serve hot: garnish with green onions or cilantro, if desired.

Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
For the Dough:
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
For the Filling:
3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tbsp milk
Directions:
Whisk the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast together in a large bowl. Set aside.
Heat the milk, water, and butter together until the butter is melted and the mixture is warm (about 110Β°F). Pour into the dry ingredients and add the egg. Stir until it forms a soft dough.
Knead the dough for 3 minutes on a floured surface. Place in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rest for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough out into a rectangle. Spread the softened butter on top, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 10-12 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
While the rolls are baking, make the glaze by whisking the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk together until smooth.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
