This year, we want to use what we do to give back.

Weekend work hits a little different during Christmas light season! 🎄💪

A little behind-the-scenes look at the crew putting in the work today. Two of these guys are brand new to Linder Lights this season — young guys learning the ropes, working hard, and already getting better!

There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to make the finished product look easy. Long days, ladders, rooftops, thousands of lights… and a crew willing to show up on a Saturday and get it done.

The 2026 Christmas season is officially underway! From pulling out of the shop to climbing roofs and getting those first lights installed, this is what the season looks like behind the scenes.

We’re excited to be back doing what we love and making Central Louisiana shine one home and business at a time.

🎄 NOW HIRING — CHRISTMAS LIGHT INSTALLERS! 🎄

Linder Lights is gearing up for another busy Christmas season, and we’re looking for hard-working, dependable people to join our installation crew!

💰 Pay: $15–$35/hour depending on experience, ability & performance
📍 Alexandria/Pineville area
📅 Seasonal work: Late September through mid-December
🎅 Additional work available during takedown season in January/February

What you’ll be doing:
• Installing professional Christmas lights on homes & businesses
• Working from ladders and on roofs
• Wrapping trees, columns and other outdoor areas
• Working outside and staying active throughout the day
• Helping create some pretty awesome Christmas displays!

We’re looking for people who:
✅ Show up ON TIME
✅ Aren’t afraid of heights
✅ Can safely work on ladders & roofs
✅ Work hard and move with a purpose
✅ Have reliable transportation
✅ Can work well with a crew
✅ Take pride in doing clean, professional work

Experience with roofing, construction, landscaping, electrical work or Christmas light installation is a PLUS — but not required for the right person.

This is a great seasonal opportunity to make good money heading into Christmas.
