All on a day of being gifted! Hahhaa! As I was dashing off to last day of final presentations for my materials and products for Residential and Commercial Interior Design that I teach at Saddleback College, I opened the door to leave and got gifted in person this cute succulent from my fab REALTOR friend in the real estate biz so then I made it to class in time to have my 15 students present their projects of sustainable specifications for their own branded restaurants in LA, and followed by more gifts from a grateful student and by a nice little break in San Juan Capistrano 😎

Selecting a color palette for my own home projects is never easy because all of the colors in the color wheel appeal to me! Eventually this selection will happen but not today as I have to search paint systems to decide what shade of blue yellow green works now!

What an amazing way to spend the day with my fellow faculty members and our interior design students
We drove up to WEHO to visit .rep.margo and tour the Toto Gallery of incredible plumbing products and they treated us for lunch then off to see FLW’s Hollyhock House in Barnsdall Park!

End of Term highlights in Design Phase II both online and in person two courses that I taught to some wonderfully talented students! The have to space@plan a ranch style home with a given color and they decide who their client, style and inspiration will be to develop over 12 weeks while learning about interior design! Some are advancing towards earning their degrees next term!
