Coastal and Spanish-inspired remodel! Inspiration for the design came from clients’ existing warm toned wood flooring and wrought iron stairwell railings…and everything just falls into place. Light walls, new cabinetry, larger island, new pendants, but don’t be afraid I’d colors and textures! Wait til you see the before pics….

Laguna Niguel Kitchen Update! From typical 90’s to fresh and timeless! The cabinets were in good condition, so we refinished them and added black bronze hardware. New quartz countertops and “handmade” ceramic subway backsplash () and of course a couple simple sconces really give this kitchen some charm and personality.

San Clemente After…and Before! Such a transformation! We widened the fireplace surround (limestone tiles) to center on the pitched ceiling, but kept the firebox in the same location to save $ and city approvals. We then added custom designed sofa and loveseat, textured/geometric wool rug, new paint, wrapped beams, huge ottoman with gorgeous floral details, art, and accessories. We’re still waiting for Bernhardt club chairs (darn Covid!), but the living room is looking fantastic!

Neutral and simple, but never boring! Using neutral tones with some bold black and white accents can really open up a small space...and can also help cozy up a large space. (I’m going to take credit for the “cozy up” terminology too).

Bonus room gloom to bonus room glee! Found original hardwood floors under the carpet...had to restore! Removed the storage closet to make room for a living space. Toned down the red in the beams and painted the original paneling and tng ceilings. Add bunk beds and beautiful beachy bedding and furnishings...and voila! I think this is one of my favorite transformations.
