🌱 Sometimes all it takes is the right match.
When Nathan, a high school student from Commonwealth Charter Academy, participated in our Pre-Employment Transition Services program through the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, he explored different workplace experiences before finding his place at Sterner's Stems in downtown Allentown.
He became a valued member of the team, helping with flower arrangements, terrarium-planting events, and whatever else needs to get done. In fact, even after graduating, he still volunteers his time because he enjoys the work and the people so much.
