This is the top panel for an 8' tall radius top door I'm making for a home in Spring City, UT. It is solid mahogany and will weigh about 170lbs when done. This is an in progress carving of the tree of life that will be carved into both sides of the panel.

This is almost done. 5 hidden compartments, Solid cherry, poplar and maple. Mirror finish--eight layers of french polished shellac topped of with paste wax. A beauty.

This ball and claw carving is just "out of the chisels".  I have not done any smoothing or finishing.

The Sofa was made to match the rocking chair in the foreground. The sofa is seven feet long and made from solid quarter-sawn white oak. It has pegged mortise and tenon joints. The upholsterer said it fell from his table to the floor (about 30 inches) and it caused absolutely no damage.

Well, for now my website has most of my work on it. There are some newly completed projects that I haven't gotten the photos to my son-in-law (webmaster?) so he can post them.
