~7/31-8/1~ Bethel, NY for Billy Strings. I will not be vending, but can bring some things if you get at me beforehand! Woodstock during Jerry’s Bday?!
~8/6-8/8~ Fishers, IN for Billy Strings. I’ll be set up at Sun King Brewery for pre party with 65 North Pickers 🎉
~8/28-8/29~ Ionia, MI for Billy Strings at the Ionia Freak Fair! I don’t plan on vending, but again, hit me up if you’d like me to bring something for ya!

What wonderful news! To celebrate Missouri’s state mushroom I decided to make chanterelle hat pins! Such great work Missouri Mycological Society!

“We did it! Missouri’s State Mushroom Is Official!

After years of effort, months of communication, and days of anticipation, it’s finally official: the State Mushroom has been approved by our representatives!

Beginning in January 2027, Cantharellus lateritius—better known as the Smooth Chanterelle—will be recognized as Missouri’s official State Mushroom.

This is incredible news!!

Can you believe that MOMS made this happen? What started as an idea grew into a passionate, statewide effort. So many dedicated people were involved—kids, families, politicians, advocates, community members—all coming together to make this a reality.

And we did it!

This achievement is a powerful reminder of what persistence, education, and community can accomplish. Thank you to everyone who contributed, supported, and believed in this effort.

Here’s to celebrating this milestone—and to everything we’ll accomplish next.”
