My interview on Riverbenders Daily Show with Brian Trust https://m.riverbender.com/video/details/party-on-broadway-brings-creative-parties-to-its-new-lucas-row-studio-video-10582.cfm
More on the move 302 → 307 → 605
Today, during my interview, I found myself thinking about something bigger than simply moving Party On Broadway to a new address.
I started at 302.
Then came 307.
And now, 605 E. Broadway.
Three addresses. Three very different chapters. And one little pink elephant that just keeps moving forward.
When I look back at 307, I don’t see a beautiful or perfect storefront. It definitely wasn’t. But I see what happened inside it.
I see kids proudly holding their paintings. I see birthday parties, girls’ nights, fundraisers, families, friendships, laughter, paint-covered tables and people saying, “I can’t believe I made that!”
I see a business that kept changing because I kept changing too.
Leaving 307 wasn’t simply about finding another building. And moving to 605 certainly wasn’t about getting more space — we don’t have more space.
What I have now is a space that feels more intentional.
A space that reflects where Party On Broadway is today and where I want it to go next.
More collaboration.
More connection.
More experiences.
More opportunities to bring people together.
And I think that’s what struck me during today’s interview.
I wasn’t just telling the story of a business that moved.
I was telling the story of a business that kept going.
302 was the beginning.
307 holds a whole lot of memories.
And 605?
605 feels like the chapter where I finally understand what I want Party On Broadway to become.
Not just a place where you come to make something.
A place where you connect, create, celebrate and belong.
To everyone who has walked through any one of those three doors — thank you. You are part of this story.
The addresses have changed.
The elephant has moved a few times.
But the heart behind Party On Broadway hasn’t.
302 → 307 → 605
And somehow, I have a feeling the best part of this story hasn’t been written yet. Thank you Riverbender.com and Brian Trust for sharing our story Meg Fairless for your exceptional photography skills
