Not my photo, but this is what the totality of the day here in Fairbanks Alaska on the Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year looks like. And of note, this panorama was taken on the UAF campus up on a hill with a clear view of the horizon. For many in Fairbanks without a clear view, the day can be even shorter, or like at our house on the North side of a large hill, we don't see any direct sunlight for several months as the sun during December and January and parts of November and February does not rise high enough to get above the hill behind us.

That’s a wrap for 2023 markets! I am so grateful for the amazing people I have met on this journey so far - both customers and other vendors. I will be taking a break for the holidays and then I will only be taking custom orders through Instagram/facebook/email until mid-February when I open my Etsy store and start back up on markets 😊 Thank you all again for supporting my business - it means so much to me!
