It has come to my attention that there are posts circulating an incident that occurred earlier yesterday. (08/03/26)

Due to the high demand of customer orders/needs online. I had been attending to their questions and had to step away, my attention leaving customers who were on the floor shopping.

I had a lapse in judgement and made a public post addressing the customers who were affected in a way that could’ve been resolved differently. To Mary Sofa and her family, I humbly ask for your forgiveness and hope we can continue to maintain a positive relationship. I personally hope we are able to work something out🤍

To all my customers who have supported me, I thank you for the kind words, advice, and encouragements sent from you all🫶

Thank you and God Bless🤍🌺
