This multi-occasion Picture Board can be reused time and again to bring that personal touch to any life event.

PICTURE BOARD HOLDS:

8 x 10 ~ 2 portraits and 1 landscape (used for Title page)
4 x 6 ~ 16 portraits and 11 landscapes
Entire board measures 36 x 48 and is 3/16 thick

Includes 5 Title pages ~ Graduation, Party time, Birthday, Retirement and Memorial

You can easily create other title pages for any “life-milestone” occasion

You may choose to use the 8 x 10 holders for smaller pictures. Simply tape the smaller pictures to a standard size sheet of paper and insert the page in the designated pouch

Note: The foam boards typically arrive to me with a few dings along the edges.

To My Valued Real Estate Colleagues:

It has been a great honor to have been entrusted with your sellers over these 15 plus years! I am grateful for each and every relationship, both professional and personal, that has developed through this passion of mine.

It is with a sense of appreciation and excitement for the future that I announce my departure from Illinois and Harmony Home Staging Inc. My husband and I will be moving to Indiana on August 21st this year. We are moving to a vacation rental property we purchased a couple of years ago with a plan for it to become our dream home. Our 3 to 5 year plan was expedited this year for several personal reasons.

I am leaving you in good hands though! I’d like to introduce you to a team of two women who mirror the passion I have had for this industry! Both are extremely personable and kind. Both are grounded in a strong knowledge of Real Estate and enthusiastic about their new rolls within it. We have been, and will continue to, work together to create a smooth transition for you and your sellers. Although the contact information changes on Aug 10th, I will continue to assist in Staging through August 18th.

Even in a "buyers" market Home Staging has value. Here's the deal:
~1st weekend on the MLS, multiple offers, under contract
~Staging investment was under $1300 and the sellers received almost $25,000 over Zillow Value (zestimate)!

Sounds like an EXCELLENT INVESTMENT to me :)
