Design Tips with Michelle Thursday

What’s your favorite accent color? 👀

If you don’t have one, boy, do I have a gorgeous one for you! 💚

Meet Sherwin Williams Thunderous — a rich, mossy, moody green that brings depth, warmth, and just the right amount of drama to a space.

It was used beautifully on the built-ins in this project, and let me tell you… it’s SO good! 😍

✨ Design Tips with Michelle Thursday ✨

This tip is a little less about design and a whole lot more about the people you surround yourself with. ❤️

Yes, this industry is fast-paced and filled with crazy moments, deadlines, and the occasional “how are we going to pull this off?!” 😂 But at the end of the day, it’s the people around you who matter most.

I’m so grateful for the people who have been part of this journey and for everything we’ve built together.

Happy Anniversary to The Elements! 🥂 Cheers to many more years of happiness, growth, and doing what we love with people we love! 🤍

If you didn’t catch the August issue of the Ankeny Business Journal, I had the honor of sharing my story. ❤️

If anything, I hope it inspires you to remember: when life gets hard, don’t be afraid to shift your path. Sometimes the unexpected turns lead you exactly where you’re meant to be. 🏡♥️
