Time flies. I love to work in vacation condos/houses for personal or rental use. This was an almost complete refresh but...

Time flies. I love to work in vacation condos/houses for personal or rental use. This was an almost complete refresh but with keeping some pieces. It also elevated for higher rental income. I Always keep in mind functionality when it comes to fabrics and the types of materials/textures to use. Working within big box stores for accessory pieces and even some fill-in furnishings to local boutique stores. Big suggestion is to always have a comfortable sofa because that’s always usually the first negative comment someone might write. I love to work with clients on these projects because I know their styles wants and needs and budgets. I’m also very cost-efficient versus hiring local costal designers which usually come with extremely high design fees (but not all).
