I feel bad but had a woman come to the back door of the art studio. I opened the door explaining to her I was not open yet and was very busy filling orders that have a deadline.
She wanted to keep talking about a class she never came to last year.
I said over and over right now is not the time to take care of this. We will absolutely refund give other options but at this moment I’m in the middle of something I can’t stop.

This person got very angry and started yelling. I apologized and closed my door locking it again.

One thing she said was that we are never here.
I sometimes feel no matter what a business does it’s never enough. Especially since we are here 7 days a week. 😩 ugh.

This person also gave us a bad review many months ago when she talked to us and said she didn’t want a refund she wanted more classes in which we offered 4 classes in return.

We never thought again about it. But today was her day to demand my attention which could not happen.

She was assured many times today a class refund was not a big deal and gladly we would honor it. But sometimes people just want to yell.

Not today, not now, was I willing to engage is ridiculous behavior . Not today Satan.

I pray that the day be blessed and it normally is and she calms down. I’m expecting her to post a negative review but it is what it is.

Classes were fun this weekend, I’m most proud of this student who had a full day of learning high level art.
His LED sign came out absolutely perfect!! It’s not easy but he did it!
All the students did great and we had lots of fun!
