The field is planted, the first flowers are starting to bloom, and opening day is getting closer. I don’t have an opening date quite yet. Mother Nature has the final say, but I’ll be sharing updates here as soon as I know 💐

Last year I planted all of my sunflowers at the same time and then they bloomed all at once.

This year I’m trying to do better to space them out or succession plant. I am sowing a new batch every week so we hopefully have blooms all summer long.

I also discovered way too many new varieties and had absolutely no self control: lemon, peach, green, strawberry cream…

And my little helper is finally getting the hang of planting too, which might be my favorite part of all of this ❤️
