Did you know that Tri City Glass & Door is 100% employee-owned? Every October, we love taking the time to celebrate. The theme this year is Celebrate ESOP Month: Fall Into Excellence!

We’ve had so much fun celebrating our employee-owners all month long:
🍩 Kickoff Treats: Starting October off right with delicious donuts for everyone!
🧩 Fun Challenges: ESOP Month challenge packets were handed out (Challenges included ESOP Word Search & Scavenger Hunt!) paired with everyone's favorite candy bars.
🎁 Weekly Prizes: Entering participants into weekly prize drawings just for getting involved!
🥯 Breakfast Feasts: Enjoying a build-your-own bagel sandwich bar packed with eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheese—yum!
📺 The Big Reward: Wrapping up the month with a grand prize drawing for a large-screen TV!

Safety is a core value at Tri City Glass & Door. To ensure our team members operate all jobsite equipment safely and confidently, we schedule training sessions for those who need it.

Last week, several of our employees completed certification training for All-Terrain Forklifts, Scissor Lifts, and Boom Lifts. The captured photos and video highlight the hands-on All-Terrain Forklift training session.
