Wowweee thanks everyone who came out to this weekend! It’s the only event we’ve vended all year so far—we wouldn’t miss it for the world 🫶
We are both so grateful for all the support from our regular customers, new customers, and our amazing friends. We had a blast hanging in the lounge with everyone all weekend, seeing folks react with excitement that things we’ve created and hang out with our other vendor friends.
Shoutout to some of the incredible bands who played on the daydream stage, thus providing our lounge entertainment all weekend! — y’all were amazing and it was so awesome to see the crowds of people dancing to your music.
And of course, a MAJOR shout out to the event, organizers, and staff! The hard-working folks behind the scenes and on the ground all weekend are doing more than you could even imagine. As someone who has been vending for close to eight years and has also worked as an event coordinator for upwards of 15 years, I can tell you that being a kind, patient, and maybe even helpful vendor, goes a long way.
All of the event staff works incredibly long days, so to see some of the vendors yelling at them was extremely disheartening and evident that a lot of vendors don’t understand the logistics that go on behind the scenes to carry out events of this caliber. I am working on a vendor etiquette post coming out soon. Until then, thank you so much to the event coordinators of North Country Fair—you pull off something spectacular year after a year and I’m so grateful for you 🫶
