Putting this out there to all the designers in the Memphis metro area:
The MidSouth Monarchs ice hockey team (FPHL) is set to start their inaugural season this October and they are still short of furniture for the players’ apartments. Beds, couches, tables, etc.
If you know of anyone who has something they no longer need, the team has interns that have a trailer and will come pick up.

It’s hard to believe that 7 years ago this month I went solo. I can’t begin to truly describe the gratitude I have for those who stood behind me and encouraged me to take that leap. I’m beyond thankful for my clients. I’ve seen some of them also grow their businesses immensely over the last 7 years as well.
If not for them, I wouldn’t be who I am and where I am today. It’s been a crazy ride so far…even throwing in a major heart surgery midway through!
Looking back at the last seven years just gets me excited for another seven…and more!
I can’t say enough; I LOVE MY CUSTOMERS!!!

Again…just like in 2025…banquettes are THE pieces that people are ordering like crazy. After 29 years, I can tell ya these are trending majorly. I went from doing one a month (at the most) in 2021 to four or even six a month now and they are rarely similar to the ones I did prior to the most recent. From measurements, to fabrics, to details…they’re always unique to the room they’re going in.

It’s always a rewarding feeling to see the pieces in their intended destinations. brought some color to this space! The fabric was challenging to make the skirt, but…in the end…the banquette really pops against the backdrop! Awesome choice! Thanks, again, for coming to me to make your vision a reality.
