Many years ago I worked a maintenance shutdown at an industrial mill and one of the older welders I was working with was wearing an arrowhead belt buckle he had made himself. Since then, I've been intending to make a few.
Moving clockwise from the top left, the designs are inspired by the Native American patterns "Calf Creek", "Ohio Hopewell", "Hardin", and "Godar/Big Sandy".
I'm pretty happy with how they turned out, even if I'm not all that great at Tig welding the hardware onto the main body.
Each is made from 1/4" stainless steel plate with a slight radius, and 5/32" diameter stainless steel Tig electrode.
All are available for order and purchase. I am open to making other specific designs, as long as the pattern is condusive to a well-proportioned buckle.
