Happy Mother’s Day to the little girl who made me a mom and gave my life its greatest adventure. 🤍

Getting to travel the world with you has been one of the greatest gifts of my life — watching your eyes light up in new places, hearing your laughter in unfamiliar cities, and making memories together that I’ll carry forever. No matter where we go, my favorite place will always be right beside you.

You are my world, my greatest joy, and truly my best friend for life. I’m endlessly grateful that I get to walk through this life with you to guide you, learn from you, grow with you, and love you through every season.

Thank you for making life so beautiful just by being in it. I’ll spend forever showing you the world, while you continue showing me what matters most.

With Mother’s Day and her birthday around the corner, I keep thinking about the tiny force that made me a mother. I started getting sick almost immediately—it was like she wanted the world to know she had arrived.
It’s not always easy, but I wouldn’t trade my fierce little icon for anything. Being her momma and watching her grow is the greatest honor. ✨

Three years ago I made one of the best decisions of my life and my business… hiring you
What I didn’t know then was that it wouldn’t just change my work, it would change my life. And Catherine’s too.
You walked into this role and somehow became so much more than what I ever hired you for. You became the person who steadied me when things felt impossible, who believed in the vision when I questioned it, and who stood beside me through every high and every hard moment in between.
There are people who show up for the job… and then there are people who show up for you. You have always been the latter.
I am so proud of everything we’ve created together, the projects we’ve poured ourselves into, the team we built from the ground up, and the store we dreamed up and brought to life. None of it would be what it is without you.
You’ve been part of building this business, but even more than that, you’ve been part of building our life. The long days, the chaos, the growth, the pivots, the wins, the tears… you were there for all of it.
Catherine has grown up with you in her world, seeing an example of an extraordinary woman.
I don’t think I say this enough, but I truly don’t know what I would do without you. Not just as my right hand, but as one of my closest friends.
Three years later, I’m still so grateful I took that chance and hired on the spot in the coffee shop. ✨
