TRANSFORMATION THURSDAY! located in Atlanta, I have worked this home from the sellers start in August, staging it in September, and sold after only 8days to the first couple through the doors at the open house. And now I am helping manage all of the upgrades and remodels for the new buyers! What better way to ensure a beautiful Buckhead home sells quickly and also retains the beauty of Atlanta’s Charm!

Matching wood stains and finally seeing how the new mid century modern style pendant chandelier lights up the reception room 👌.

Shower tiles are going in.
Shower door handle and hinges are ordered.
Foundation reinforcement is being finished.
HVAC is running a diagnostic before the winter storm hits this weekend.
Sourcing very specific narrow pin large leaf shutters hinges.
Taking note on final touch-ups that need to be done.
Scheduling a carpet runner installer for the spiral staircase.
