Now I have the best in the world friends and family who have offered to help in the process, I love my circle and I'm very grateful for them.

Also looking for different licensed contractors for plumbing, flooring, electrical etc for my personal project and for future residential projects.

Yes with inflation and an aging population, I have definitely seen this change. Within some cultures, this is not a change but a normal step in life.
