🇺🇸 Murph Challenge 🇺🇸

The Murph Challenge is a work out challenge in memory of Lt Michael P Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan

It is:
- 1 mile run
- 100 pull ups
- 200 push ups
- 300 air squats
- 1 mile run

I’m no where near in shape for all of that but I did a mile run, 20 push ups, 30 squats and another 1 mile to still show my support this Memorial Day

Thank you to all the men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country! ♥️🤍💙

I feel like staying hydrated is something so many people struggle with! So is here to help with that!

Okay these garden beds are my favorite addition to the garden yet! 😍

I have this dream of a big, full cucumber arch at the entry of our garden. I’ve never done this type of gardening so gosh I hope it turns out! Haha

These raised garden beds add so much warmth to our outdoor space!

My mom and dad have always had the most stunningly gorgeous yards. My whole life!

They’ve been in their new house for less than a year and this yard is full of gorgeous plants! And soo many birds! 😍

I’ve been telling her to start a YouTube channel on how to select, plant and take care of plants. She’s just so knowledgeable!

When you travel, do you unpack immediately or wait a bit?

As soon as I get home, I have to unpack and start laundry and wash the airport and plane off!

It just feels better to get it done right away!
