Machine Operator / Delivery Driver
Mill & Woods | Starting at $18/hr

We're a local shop here in Monticello and we need a solid person to join our crew. If you show up, work hard, and treat people right — we want to hear from you. Experience is a bonus, but we're willing to train the right person.

What you'll be doing:
➡️ Operating production equipment in the shop
➡️ Helping load and deliver materials to customers
➡️ Being a dependable part of the day-to-day operation

What we're looking for:
✅ Dependable and hardworking — we need someone who shows up
✅ Clean or acceptable driving record
✅ Able to lift and handle materials
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Within about 30 minutes of Monticello

What an honor it was to recently host a mill tour with the ABI team. A team of well respected ladies who continue to push boundaries by going beyond design trends.
This was a visit dedicated to discussing our industrial vision and discovering the core of our production facility.
The interest, curiosity, and enthusiasm shown by the ABI team was truly rewarding. Their creativity was challenged as we collaborated on something special that is currently in the works !
The MOST inspiring day and we can’t thank you ladies enough for making memories with us 🙌🏼👊🏼
