LOVE what y’all have done!! The next chapter awaits!! 🎉🎉
MOVING UP TO COMMERCE!
For more than 20 years, our festivals have proudly called the Historical Town of Braselton home. Together, we built celebrations that brought families together, supported local businesses, and created traditions that became part of the community’s identity. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to have contributed to Braselton’s growth and spirit through two decades of successful events.
Throughout these years, we have been fortunate to collaborate with individuals who believed in the value and impact of our festivals. We extend sincere appreciation to former City Manager Jennifer Scott for her professionalism, collaboration, and steadfast support, and to the entire Community Development Department and Tourism for their partnership and shared vision in strengthening downtown experiences. Our close working relationship with them has also been instrumental in shaping events that enhanced the vitality of the community.
We also honor and thank the previous mayors who recognized the cultural and economic importance of our festivals and supported their continued success. Their leadership helped establish an environment where creativity, community engagement, and local pride could flourish.
Most importantly, we recognize the faithful vendors whose passion and dedication made every festival possible. Their time, energy, and belief in what we created together will always remain the heart of our success.
To our staff. The appreciation we have for all of you is beyond any words. You constantly show up and give your all to every event we host. We are fortunate to have every one of you with us. We look forward to continuing our relationships with each one of you in the next phase of festivals.
We would also like to recognize Countryside Antiques, our beloved store, which will remain in downtown Braselton. Countryside has always been the hub that kept our festivals centered — a gathering place, an anchor, and a constant source of community connection that helped shape the spirit of our events.
While recent policies introduced by the Mayor and Council have created requirements that are unattainable for our organization moving forward, we remain proud of all that we have accomplished in Braselton. This decision does not diminish the memories, partnerships, or achievements we share.
As we transition, we are grateful to bring our faithful vendors and loyal shoppers with us into this next chapter. We are equally excited to welcome new vendors and connect with a new clientele of shoppers, continuing to grow the vibrant community that has always defined our shows. We remain deeply thankful to everyone who has enjoyed our events and who have supported us throughout the years.
This is not an ending, but a new beginning. We are not starting over but building from the solid foundation established over the past twenty years.
And now, we look ahead with excitement as we bring our festivals to Downtown Commerce, Georgia. Commerce is a community experiencing incredible revitalization, energy, and growth, and we are honored to become part of that momentum. We are thrilled about the opportunities that lie ahead — streets to fill with vendors, new shoppers to welcome, and new traditions to create while carrying forward the spirit that has defined our festivals for more than two decades.
With our loyal vendors, dedicated staff, and enthusiastic shoppers beside us, — we are simply turning the page to the next exciting chapter of our story. We look forward to building a strong, positive, and collaborative relationship with the Downtown City of Commerce and becoming an active part of its vibrant future. We look forward to calling Commerce our new home. Just 18 miles north of Braselton, you will find a friendly small town that is welcoming our festivals. We ask you all to continue supporting our shows and come grow with us in Commerce.
April 25th and 26th Spring Festival will be held in COMMERCE GA. Follow us on all social media platforms for updates.
Thank you, Braselton, for twenty remarkable years. The legacy we built together will always remain part of our story.
With gratitude and respect,
Donna & Peggy Cannella
