& If you think using a thermometer means you can’t cook….You’ve been lied to! 🙃 I cook with and with out them but my results are always perfect and consistent when using a thermometer! No raw , no overcooked ! Just perfect.

I judge my wines on how quickly they get me there first, and taste second. be forreal 😭
