For Karishma and Darius, intimate was priority.

They wanted their wedding to feel close, warm, and meaningful — a space where both of their cultures could be honored without it feeling overwhelming. So we wrapped their ceremony in soft ivory draping, creating a private, almost sacred atmosphere for their closest family and friends.

Then we layered in blush, soft pink, and rich fuchsia roses — a nod to the vibrant joy of a sangeet blended with the softness of a Western white wedding. The candlelight against the fabric made everything glow.

At Karishma and Darius’ sangeet, this floral elephant was more than just decor

In Indian culture, the elephant represents strength, wisdom, protection, and new beginnings. So we didn’t just place an elephant in the space… we brought it to life.
We hand-filled her entirely with roses — ivory, blush, and soft cream — layering each bloom to create fullness, texture, and movement. Then we crowned her in rich fuchsia and deep pink roses to tie into the ombré story of the celebration.

Watching their families light up when they saw this piece reminded me why I care so deeply about cultural details. It’s not about trends. It’s about honoring heritage while creating something unforgettable.

Karishma and Darius didn’t just plan a wedding, they built a bridge between worlds.

Set against the golden California light, their intimate multicultural wedding ceremony blended the vibrance of an Indian sangeet with the timeless elegance of a Western white wedding. Every detail was intentional and every color symbolic.
An ombré palette of blush pink, soft white, and bold fuchsia flowed through the ceremony space — representing two hearts, two families, and two cultures becoming one.

And when Darius stepped into the celebration fully honoring Indian tradition! That moment said everything, that Love doesn’t erase culture or heritage — it embraces it.

There is something untouchable about the energy of a private estate wedding.

​For Karishma and Darius, we transformed a lush, private manor in Los Angeles into an intimate sanctuary for their closest friends and family. The goal was to create a space that felt both expansive in its cultural significance and deeply personal in its scale.

To frame their union, we designed a custom ceremony structure featuring heavy, luxurious Mandarin-inspired draping. The cream-colored fabric was swept into dramatic, soft curves to mimic the elegance of a bridal veil, while maintaining the structural presence of a traditional Mandap.

At the base of the draping, our signature ombre floral story unfolded. A vibrant explosion of fuchsia, blush, and ivory blooms appeared to "grow" from the California grass, infusing the ground in soulful color
