Beautiful homes aren’t created by spending the most money. They’re created by spending it intentionally. When clients are transparent about their budget from the start, I can help prioritize, get creative, and make every dollar work harder.

Been staring at my daughter’s purple bedroom walls she begged me for, trying to figure out how to make them actually look good 😂

So naturally, I started scrolling through old project photos looking for inspiration… and realized every single space I’ve ever truly loved has one thing in common: texture, pattern, and a little bit of boldness. Apparently I’ve been a wallpaper person this whole time and just never said it out loud.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The projects that always felt the most finished, layered, and interesting were the ones where the walls actually had personality. Wallpaper changes everything — it adds depth, warmth, movement, and somehow makes a room feel intentional instead of just “decorated.”

There’s a moment in every project that I secretly love—the pause, the raised eyebrow, the “I’m not totally sure where this is going…” followed by “but I trust you.” 🤍

Design isn’t just about pretty finishes or perfectly styled shelves. It’s about vision, and sometimes that vision doesn’t fully make sense until everything clicks into place. That’s where trust comes into play. It gives us the freedom to push boundaries, mix the unexpected, and create something that feels unique - not just safe.

This space is a perfect example of that magic. Layer by layer, risk by risk, it came together into something bold, balanced, and full of personality. ✨

Okay… it’s been a minute 👀

We’ve been a little quiet on here, but behind the scenes it’s been busy—new projects, fresh ideas, and lots of spaces coming together that I can’t wait to show you.

Sometimes you need to step back to come back more inspired, and that’s exactly what this season has been for me.

I'm excited to be back and sharing again—think recent projects, in-progress moments, and all the little details that make a space feel like home.

“2006” is the name of this job. I made this up when I first started working so I could organize my projects better. The first two numbers are the year the project starts and the last two is the number project it is within that year. 20-06. Started in 2020 and was my sixth project that year.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2020 I was pregnant with Ellie and really just starting to understand how to work while being a mom and wife. This was my first large addition / renovation and my clients graciously hired me knowing I would be having a baby whilst in the middle of their renovation. 2020 was COVID. And when I understood the fear of the potential to not get any more work. It’s when I figured out how to work around situations and barriers put in my way. And its when I really leaned into the goodness of people.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My unofficial motto is “for the love of creating personal spaces”. I love what I do. I love who I work with. I love meeting new clients who are vulnerable and trusting with me. I love being creative and having the flexibility to do so. I love working alongside my team as well as contractors, subs, photographers and other trades I get to work with throughout a job. Design is really more than fixtures, finishes and furniture. It is being in a position to love on the people around you while doing something fun.

So I just want to say THANK YOU to all my clients, contractors, artists, vendors, subs, Julia & Allie. Thank you for being so so great to work with and making my job so enjoyable to confidently be able to say ‘I love what I do’. I am SO beyond Thankful for you all!
